How quickly will I get a reply and a quotation?
Every inquiry is reviewed by our sales and engineering team, and we aim to reply within 24 hours during the working week. If your project needs new frame tooling, the first reply will include an assessment of what that involves — not just a price.
Can you produce an existing model, or do I need to start from scratch?
Both are possible. Many customers begin with an existing model from our catalogue and adapt the specification — colours, components, battery, branding. If you need a frame that doesn't exist yet, we handle geometry design, tooling and prototyping in-house, which is where we differ from assembly-only suppliers.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model and how much customization is involved — a colour change on an existing model is very different from a brand-new frame. Tell us your target market and expected annual volume and we will confirm what's realistic for your project.
Can I order a sample before committing to production?
Yes. We support sample orders so you can inspect build quality, finish and ride feel before placing a volume order. Lead time depends on whether the model already exists or requires new tooling — we'll confirm this in our first reply.
Do your e-bikes meet EU and US requirements?
We build programs to CE / EN15194 and UL requirements, and we can supply model-specific certificates, test documentation (including UN38.3 for battery transport) and our trade-status records. As an EU-listed cooperating manufacturer we hold TARIC additional code C473, also listed under UK trade-remedy notices.
Do you offer local assembly or stock in Europe?
Qualified European programs of 500 units or more can be evaluated for local assembly in Poland, according to project requirements. We also hold stock in the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Los Angeles and New York to support faster delivery, replenishment and spare parts for established programs.
Can you handle our own brand, packaging and manuals?
Yes — private-label production is our standard mode of work, not an exception. That covers custom painting and decals, branded packaging, carton artwork and user manuals in your language, all managed against a controlled BOM so repeat orders stay consistent.
